Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices Recommended Immunization Schedule for Adults Aged 19 Years or Older — United States, 2014

Advisory Committee on Immunization Practicesが推奨する19歳以上の予防接種スケジュール ― アメリカ、2014年

2013年10月にAdvisory Committee on Immunization Practicesが発表し19歳以上の成人を対象とした2014年の予防接種スケジュールをCDCがウェブにて公開している(http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules)。これまでのスケジュールとの変更点は、1)Hibワクチンは未接種ハイリスク例に対し推奨され、幹細胞移植を受けた症例は接種の有無にかかわらず移植後6～12ヵ月にて3回の接種が推奨される。また、HIV感染はリスク因子から除外された。2)卵タンパク質を含まないRIVワクチンの使用が可能となり、卵アレルギーに関係なく接種される。3)Td/Tdapワクチンは小児に対するスケジュールと調和され、11歳以上の未接種例に対し推奨され、その後の追加接種は10年間隔にて行う。妊婦は接種歴に関係なく、妊娠27～36週での1回の接種が推奨される。4)HPVおよび帯状疱疹ワクチンに関しては脚注が簡素化され、HPVに関しては変更なく、帯状疱疹に関しては医療従事者に対する接種を特別としないとしている。5)PCV13とPPSV23の両方を接種する場合、PCV13を先に接種する。6)髄膜炎菌ワクチンについては1回または2回接種、結合型または多糖類ワクチンの推奨例が明瞭化された。なお、MMR、A型肝炎、B型肝炎に関してはとくに変更はない。
