Interim Results: State-Specific Influenza Vaccination Coverage － United States, August 2010-February 2011

2009年のインフルエンザAパンデミック(H1N1)を受けて、2010-11年期はAdvisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP)が6ヶ月齢以上全員に対しワクチン接種を推奨している。CDCは2010年9月～2011年3月の18歳以上を対象としたBehavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS)データおよび6ヶ月齢～17歳を対象としたNational Immunization Survey (NIS)データから、2011年2月末におけるインフルエンザワクチン接種率の調査結果をまとめた。調査対象はBRFSSデータ:199,452名、NISデータ:88,580名、計288,032名分のデータであり、全体のワクチン接種率は42.8%であった。6ヶ月齢～17歳における接種率は49.0%(前年:42.3%)、州別ではモンタナ州:33.2%～ハワイ州:85.4%、18歳以上における接種率は40.9%(前年:40.5%)、州別ではアラスカ州:31.6%～アイオワ州:50.5%であり、小児では接種率の上昇が認められたが、成人ではほぼ同等であった。また、成人の年齢別では18～49歳:30.2%(前年:30.3%)、50～64歳:45.6%(前年:44.8%)、65歳以上:68.6%(前年:68.9%)であった。人種別では非ラテン系白人にて44.0%と高く、非ラテン系黒人:38.8%、ラテン系:40.6%、その他:42.8%であった。Healthy People 2020の接種率目標値は6ヶ月齢～64歳にて80%、18～64歳のハイリスク例および65歳以上にて90%とされており、今後も接種率向上のため接種場所の拡大などの対策を進めていく必要性が示唆された。
