Vaccination Coverage Among Children in Kindergarten — United States, 2015–16 School Year

幼稚園児童におけるワクチン接種率 ― アメリカ、2015～2016年学年度

学校入学のために州で義務付けられたワクチン接種の要件は、ワクチン予防可能疾患から小児および地域を保護している。各学年度において、連邦政府資金による予防接種は幼稚園児のワクチン接種データをCDCへ報告している。今回、2015～2016年間の50州とコロンビア特別区(DC)のワクチン接種率推定値、および47州とDCでの1回以上の接種免除を受けた幼稚園児の推定数を報告する。2015～2016年学年度の間に、幼稚園児4,087,187人のワクチン接種率データが報告された。接種率の中央値は、麻疹・おたふく風邪・風疹(MMR)ワクチンの2回接種：94.6％(コロラド州：87.1％～メリーランドおよびミシシッピー州：99.4％)、ジフテリア、破傷風、無細胞性百日咳(DTaP)ワクチン：94.2％(コロラド州：86.6％～メリーランド州：99.6％)、水痘ワクチンの2回接種：94.3％(コロラド州：85.7％～ミシシッピー州：99.4％)であった。昨年、MMWR接種率は32州で増加し、95％以上の接種率は22州で報告された。合計で45州およびDCで、ワクチン接種証明書の提出前の学生に出席を許可する猶予期間、または予防接種スケジュールの遅れを取り戻す期間に学生のワクチン未接種を許可する暫定的な入学があった。自発的に州レベルの猶予期間または暫定的な入学に関するデータをCDCに報告した23州において、猶予期間内の出席または暫定的な入学の中央値は2.0％であった。1回以上のワクチン免除を受けた幼稚園児のパーセンテージの中央値は1.9％であった。州および地域の予防接種は学校と協力し、猶予期間または暫定的入学期間にすべての幼稚園児がワクチン接種を受けることを確実にすることにより、ワクチン接種率を改善することができる。
