Influenza Vaccination Coverage Among Health Care Personnel — United States, 2015–16 Influenza Season

医療従事者におけるインフルエンザワクチン接種率 ― アメリカ、2015-16インフルエンザシーズン

2016年3月28日～4月14日、オプトインインターネットパネル調査により医療従事者2,258名における2015-16年期のインフルエンザワクチン接種率が分析された。全体でのワクチン接種率は79.0％であり、2010-11年期に比べ15.5ポイントの増加、2014-15年期とはほぼ同等であった(2014-15年期77.3％)。職種別では医師が95.6％～アシスタントおよびエイドが64.1％であり、接種は72.7％が自分の職場で行っていた。長期療養施設での接種率が2014-15年期63.9％から2015-16年期69.2％と増加し、他の施設ではほぼ同等であった。インフルエンザワクチンの接種を要求する施設は37.8％(病院：61.0％、外来診療/開業医診療所：33.9％、長期療養施設：23.4％、その他：24.9％)であり、これらの施設での接種率は96.5％と高かった。接種の要求はしないが無料で1日以上の接種が受けられる施設での接種率は82.8％、1日接種が受けられる施設では82.1％であり、このような接種を奨励するプログラムのない施設では44.9％と低かった。Advisory Committee on Immunization Practicesはすべての医療従事者に対し、インフルエンザワクチンを毎年接種することを推奨しており、全体での接種率は増加していた。病院に勤務する医師、診療看護師/医師助手、看護師、薬剤師および職員の接種率は高いが、長期療養施設のアシスタント、エイドおよび職員での接種率は低く、施設による接種の要求と職場での無料接種の実施による接種率の改善が必要である。
