National, State, and Urban Area Vaccination Coverage Levels Among Children Aged 19-35 Months - United States, 2001

生後19－35か月の小児における全国、州、都市部でのワクチン接種レベル－米国，2001年

米国内50州および選択された都市部28地域における最近12か月間のデータに基づき、生後19－35か月の小児におけるワクチン接種率を推定するNational Immunization Survey(NIS)の2001年のデータを紹介する。2001年には小児33,437人を対象として家族へのインタビューを行った。回答率は63.8%であった。全国的にみて、水疱ワクチン(VAR)の1回以上接種率は2000年の67.8%から2001年には76.3%とかなり上昇した。麻疹+おたふくかぜ+風疹(MMR)ワクチンの1回以上接種率は2000年の90.5%から2001年には91.4%に上昇したが、B型肝炎ワクチンの3回以上接種率は2000年の90.3%から2001年には88.9%へと低下した。2001年のワクチン接種率は、州および都市部地域によりかなりの差がみられた。DTP/DT/DTaP(ジフテリア、破傷風、百日咳)ワクチン4回以上+ポリオウイルスワクチン3回以上+麻疹混合ワクチン1回以上+インフルエンザ菌b型ワクチン3回以上+B型肝炎ワクチン3回以上というシリーズの接種率は、州別では63.2(ニューメキシコ州)－81.7%(ロードアイランド州)、都市部地域別では57.7(デトロイト、ミシガン)－79.5%(ジェファーソン郡、アラバマ)であった。以上より、米国内の生後19－35か月の小児において高い推奨ワクチン接種率が維持されていることが明らかになった。
