Interim Guidance for Zika Virus Testing of Urine — United States, 2016

ジカウイルスの尿検査に関する暫定ガイドライン ― アメリカ、2016年

ジカウイルス感染の診断検査は分子的および血清学的方法により行われ、迅速性および高い特異性からrRT-PCR法が推奨されている。しかし、多くの症例において発症後1週間は血清中にてジカウイルスRNAが検出される可能性が低く、また、尿中で検出可能となるのは発症後少なくとも2週間経過後であると報告されている。現在、尿ジカウイルスの尿検査法としてFDAに承認されているのはTrioplex rRT-PCRアッセイのみであるが、CDCはジカウイルス感染が疑われる症例に対しては、発症後14日以内に採取した尿検体にrRT-PCRを行うことを推奨しており、血清検査を併せて実施すべきとしている。いずれかの検査が陽性の場合、ジカウイルス感染のエビデンスを示すものである。CDCの血清および他の臨床検体によるジカウイルス検査に関する勧告は現時点では変更はなく、新しいデータが示された場合、検査ガイダンスのレビューおよび更新を継続するものである。
