Advisory Committee on Immunization Practicesが推奨した19歳以上の成人における予防接種スケジュール ― アメリカ、2021年

2020年10月の会議で、Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices(ACIP)は、2021年にアメリカの19歳以上の成人に推奨される予防接種スケジュールを承認した。FDAによるファイザー社/BioNTech社製COVID-19ワクチンの緊急使用許可後、ACIPは、2020年12月12日の会議で16歳以上の人を対象にファイザー社/BioNTech社製COVID-19ワクチン使用の暫定的推奨を発表した。さらに、ACIPは、小児、青年、成人の予防接種スケジュールにCOVID-19ワクチン推奨を含めるための修正案を承認した。FDAによるModerna社製COVID-19ワクチンの緊急使用許可後、ACIPは2020年12月19日の緊急会議で、18歳以上の人に対するModerna社製COVID-19ワクチン使用の暫定的推奨を発表した。2021年の成人への予防接種スケジュールでは、2020年の予防接種スケジュールからいくつかの変更を含むACIPの推奨事項を2つの表と付随する注記によりまとめており、Webサイト(https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules)で見ることができる。医療従事者は、表と注記を一緒に使用するよう勧められている。成人の予防接種スケジュールは、成人の予防接種に関するACIP推奨の更新について確立し、要約するとともに、現在のACIP推奨の実施において医療従事者を支援するために毎年発行されている。今回の報告と成人の予防接種スケジュールにおけるワクチンの商品名は、識別の目的のみで使用しており、ACIPまたはCDCによる製品の支持をほのめかすものではない。禁忌および予防措置を含む各ワクチンの使用に関する詳細なガイダンス、成人の予防接種スケジュールの毎年の更新の合間に発生する可能性がある更新については、医療従事者はそれぞれのACIPワクチンの推奨事項をWebサイト(https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/acip-recs)にて参照できる。
