The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices’ Updated Interim Recommendation for Allocation of COVID-19 Vaccine — United States, December 2020

COVID-19ワクチンの割り当てに関するAdvisory Committee on Immunization Practicesの最新の暫定勧告 ― アメリカ、2020年12月

アメリカにおける新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)を予防するための最初のワクチンは、FDAにより緊急使用が承認され、2020年12月にAdvisory Committee on Immunization Practices(ACIP)により推奨された。しかし、COVID-19ワクチンの需要は、全国的なCOVID-19ワクチン接種プログラムの最初の数カ月間に供給量を超えると予想されている。ACIPは、ワクチン使用に対し人口集団と状況についてCDCに助言している。2020年12月1日、ACIPは、ワクチン接種プログラムのフェーズ1aでは、1)医療従事者、2)長期療養施設の居住者にCOVID-19ワクチン接種を最初に提供することを推奨した。2020年12月20日、ACIPは、フェーズ1bでは、75歳以上の人、第一線で働くエッセンシャルワーカー(非医療従事者)にワクチン接種することを推奨し、フェーズ1cでは、65～74歳の人、リスクの高い基礎疾患を有する16～64歳の人、またフェーズ1bでのワクチン接種が推奨されないエッセンシャルワーカーにワクチン接種することを推奨した。フェーズ2には、フェーズ1a、1b、1cで接種が推奨されない16歳以上のすべての人が含まれる。承認されたCOVID-19ワクチンは、現在推奨される年齢と使用条件に従って使用される可能性がある。ACIPは、小児および青少年の臨床試験を注意深く監視しており、16歳未満へのCOVID-19ワクチンの使用が認可される場合の使用に関する推奨事項を検討する予定である。段階的な割り当てに関するこれらの推奨事項は、ワクチン供給が制限されている間、連邦、州、地方の管轄区域に指針を与えるものである。COVID-19ワクチンの割り当てに関するACIPの推奨事項は暫定的であり、FDA緊急使用許可の状況の変化、新規COVID-19ワクチンのFDA承認、ワクチン供給の変更、またはCOVID-19疫学の変化に基づいて更新される可能性がある。
