ワクチンによるインフルエンザの予防およびコントロール:予防接種の実施に関するAdvisory Committee on Immunization Practices(ACIP)の暫定勧告、2013年

ここでは2013年2月21日にAdvisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP)が承認したインフルエンザワクチンの使用に関する勧告について報告する。ワクチンの接種は生後6ヵ月以上の全ての人に推奨されるものであり、現在承認されている2013-2014年期のワクチン接種の詳細(接種対象、接種量など)に関しては＜http://www.cdc.gov/flu/professionals/acip/2013-interim-recommendations.htm#table1＞にまとめられている。また、インフルエンザワクチンに関する略語は以下の通りである。TIV(3価インフルエンザワクチン)はIIV(非活性化インフルエンザワクチン)となり、2013-2014年期はIIV3およびIIV4(卵培養または細胞培養法による3価/4価非活性化ワクチン)が使用される。また、RIV(リコンビナントヘムアグルチニンインフルエンザワクチン)は3価(RIV3)、LAIV(減弱生インフルエンザワクチン)は4価(LAIV4)にて使用される。
