Noninfluenza Vaccination Coverage Among Adults － United States, 2011

成人におけるインフルエンザ以外のワクチン接種率－アメリカ、2011年

19歳以上の成人におけるインフルエンザ以外のワクチン接種率を2011 National Health Interview Survey (NHIS)データより分析した。ここでは肺炎球菌ワクチン、破傷風トキソイド含有ワクチン(破傷風、ジフテリア:Td/破傷風、ジフテリア、無菌性百日咳:Tdap)、A型肝炎、B型肝炎、帯状疱疹およびヒトパピローマウイルス(HPV)ワクチンについて報告する。肺炎球菌ワクチン接種率は19～64歳のハイリスク例にて20.1%(2010年より1.6%ポイント増)、人種別では白人(20.1%)にてヒスパニック系(18.3%)、アジア系(12.0%)に比べ有意に高値であり、65歳以上では62.3%(2010年より2.6%ポイント増)、人種別では白人(66.5%)にてアジア系(40.3%)、ヒスパニック系(43.1%)、黒人(47.6%)に比べ有意に高値であった。Td/Tdapワクチン接種率は過去10年間において19～49歳にて64.5%、50～64歳:63.9%、65歳以上:54.4%であり、全年齢層において白人の接種率がアジア系、ヒスパニック系および黒人に比べ高値であった。A型肝炎ワクチン接種率(2回以上)は19～49歳にて12.5%(2010年より1.8%ポイント増)と低いが、1995年以降、A型肝炎の流行性が高い国々への旅行者では20.1%と高く、流行性の低い国々(日本、オーストラリア、ニュージーランド、カナダ、ヨーロッパ)への旅行者では8.4%であった。B型肝炎ワクチン接種率(3回以上)は19～49歳にて35.9%(2010年より2.1%ポイント増)であり、白人(37.8%)に比べ黒人(33.0%)、ヒスパニック系(28.9%)にて低値で、糖尿病患者では19～59歳:26.9%、60歳以上:12.4%であった。帯状疱疹ワクチン接種率は60歳以上にて15.8%(2010年とほぼ同値)、HPVワクチン接種率(1回以上)は19～26歳の女性にて29.5%と2010年:20.7%、2009年:17.1%から増加していた。以上、19歳以上の成人におけるTdapと女性におけるHPVワクチン接種率は増加していたが、他のワクチン接種率は依然として低く、今後の課題が示された。
