Influenza Vaccination Coverage Among Pregnant Women － 29 States and New York City, 2009-10 Season　

妊婦におけるインフルエンザワクチン接種率－29州およびニューヨーク市、2009-10年期

2009-10年期はインフルエンザA(H1N1)パンデミック09(pH1N1)ウイルスの流行により、妊娠女性における重症化および死亡リスクが高くなり、妊婦は不活化3価季節性ワクチンとpH1N1ワクチンの両方を接種するよう勧告が出された。CDCはPregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS)データにより、29州およびニューヨーク市にて2009年9月1日～2010年5月31日に出産した女性を対象として、妊婦におけるワクチン接種について分析を行った (季節性ワクチン:27,153名、pH1N1ワクチン:27,372名)。季節性ワクチンとpH1N1ワクチンを両方とも接種した女性は28.5(15.0～49.9)%、どちらかを接種した女性は59.3(38.9~80.2)%であった。季節性ワクチンの接種率は47.1%(フロリダ州:26.1%～ミネソタ州:67.9%)であり、ワクチンの接種を医師などの医療提供者から勧められた女性では70.7%(ミシシッピ州:54.0%～ミネソタ州:86.2%)と高かった。pH1N1ワクチンの接種率は40.4%(ミシシッピ州:21.9%～バーモント州:63.3%)であり、季節性ワクチンと同様、接種を勧められた女性では73.3%(ミシシッピ州:53.6%～バーモント州:88.7%)と高かった。接種を勧められた女性と勧められていない女性における季節性ワクチン接種率(中央値)はそれぞれ62.1%、14.3%、pH1N1ワクチン接種率はそれぞれ53.1%、4.9%であり、普及比(PR)は季節性にて5.2、pH1N1にて14.4であった。以上、妊婦のインフルエンザワクチン接種率には医療提供者の接種勧告が大きく影響していることが示唆された。
