Novel Influenza A (H1N1) Virus Infections Among Health-Care Personnel － United States, April-May 2009

医療関係者における新型インフルエンザA(H1N1)ウイルス感染症－アメリカ、2009年4～5月

2009 年4月15日、アメリカで新型インフルエンザA(H1N1)ウイルス感染(2例)が確認された後、CDCは医療現場での感染リスクを抑制するために、個人防護具(PPE)の使用、非防護曝露の医療関係者(HCP)の管理、感染したHCPを出勤させないなどの項目を盛り込んだ中間勧告を出した。5月13日時点にてHCPの新型インフルエンザ感染例は18州より48例報告されており、情報が得られている26例(確認例:18例、感染が疑われる症例:8例)において、発症は4月23日～5月4日、看護師(5例)および准看護師(4名)、医師（4名）が多く、2例が入院し、死亡例は認められていない。感染した原因となるリスク因子として、新型インフルエンザ感染患者の看護(6例）、呼吸器疾患患者の看護(6例)、新型インフルエンザ感染および呼吸器疾患家族との接触(それぞれ3例)、メキシコへの渡航(4例)などが挙げられている。PPEに関する情報は11例にて得られ、うち外科手術用マスクあるいはN95マスクの常時着用は3例のみであり、現在の感染制御を強化することを目的とした勧告が必要であることが示唆された。
