National, State, and Urban Area Vaccination Coverage Among Children Aged 19-35 Months - United States, 2003
19―35ヶ月齢小児における国、州および都市部ワクチン接種率-アメリカ,2003年
National Immunization Survey(NIS)は、国内50州および28の都市部にて19-35ヶ月齢の小児を対象に予防注射を行っており、今回、各地域無作為に抽出した家庭を対象にその接種率が調査された。21,210名の小児に関するデータが分析され(回答率62.7%)、1回以上のVA(水痘)ワクチン接種は、2002年80.6%、2003年84.8%と増加しており、3回以上のPCV(結合型肺炎球菌ワクチン)接種も40.9%から68.1%へと増加、2003年における4回接種率は36.7%であった。また、州別の4:3:1:3:3(三種混合、ポリオ、麻疹、Hib、B型肝炎)ワクチン接種率は、94.0%(コネチカット州)から67.5%(コロラド州)、都市別では88.8%(ボストン)から69.2%(ヒューストン)であった。
