Vaccination Coverage Among Children Entering School - United States, 2002-03 School Year

新入学児童における予防接種達成率－アメリカ,2002～03年度

アメリカでは学校入学に際し予防接種証明が必要であり、各州はその結果から予防接種達成率をCDCに報告している。2002－03年度の新幼稚園児および/または小学新1年生の予防接種率は49州(96.1%)で報告され[2000－01年度36州(70.6%)]、その全州が3回以上のポリオウイルスワクチン、1回以上の麻疹ワクチン、おたふく風邪ワクチン、風疹ワクチンの接種を達成した。ジフテリア、破傷風、無細胞百日咳ワクチンは、39州(76.5%)が4回以上、10州が3回以上、またB型肝炎(HepB)は39州が3回以上接種したと報告した。HepBを除く接種率は、29州(56.9%)が95%以上、45州(88.2%)が90%以上であり、全米での概算接種率は全て95%以上であった。
