National, State, and Urban Area Vaccination Levels Among Children Aged 19-35 Months - United States, 2002

全国、州、都市部の生後19－35ヶ月の小児におけるワクチン接種レベル－アメリカ,2002年

全国予防接種調査(NIS)はアメリカ50州と選択された都市28地域における生後19－35ヶ月の小児のワクチン接種率を毎年評価している。2002年の水痘ワクチン1回以上の接種率は、2001年の76.3%から80.6%に増加した。初めて報告された肺炎球菌ワクチン(PCV) 3回以上の接種率は40.9%であった。その他のワクチンの接種率は2000年から2001年にかけて安定していた。4:3:1:3:3:1シリーズ[ジフテリア・破傷風・百日咳三種混合ワクチン(DTP) 4回以上、ポリオウイルスワクチン3回以上、麻疹ワクチン(MCV) 1回以上、インフルエンザb型ワクチン(Hib) 3回以上、B型肝炎ワクチン(HepB) 3回以上、水痘ワクチン1回以上]の2000年、2001年、2002年の接種率は、それぞれ54.1、61.3、65.5%であった。2002年の州別および都市別接種率にはかなりの差がみられ、4:3:1:3:3シリーズ(DTP 4回以上、ポリオウイルスワクチン3回以上、MCV 1回以上、Hib 3回以上、HepB 3回以上)の州別接種率は62.7%(コロラド州)－86.2%(マサチューセッツ州)、都市別接種率は57.5%(ニュージャージー州Newark)－81.1%(カリフォルニア州Santa Clara County)であった。生後19－35ヶ月のアメリカ小児における2002年推奨ワクチン接種率は高値を持続していることが明らかとなった。さらにワクチン不足の影響について評価するため、現在2002年のデータを分析中である。
