Can we control how the system operates by setting user permissions based on departments or other criteria?

Yes. You can manage document access and usage permissions tailored to specific departments or individual users.

What is the backup system like?

The servers are managed at a data center. Since IMIC manages the systems and servers, you only need a web browser to use the service. We have comprehensive security measures and backup systems in place.

Can we share and sync data for co-promoted products between partner companies?

Yes. I-dis offers robust management features for DI and Q&As, and enables seamless data sharing for co-promoted products between companies. (Please note that this feature is exclusively available when both partner companies are active I-dis users).

Can we ask questions about how to use the system after implementation?

The I-dis Help Desk provides support for inquiries regarding system operation.
