Rapid Document Delivery Backed by Our Extensive Network

We can obtain copies of documents from a wide range of materials. This includes not only serial publications (academic journals) in the medical field, but also abstracts and programs from various academic conferences and research meetings, as well as books. We also handle copyright clearance on an individual basis to meet your specific requests.

ABOUT

Overview of Document Supply

We will source documents through our extensive network and deliver them directly to you.

While abstracts from various academic societies and study groups are often hard to obtain at regular libraries, IMIC collects about 4,000 of these titles annually. Additionally, we can procure a broad spectrum of other resources, including books.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Orders are accepted until 17:30 on business days.
You can choose your preferred delivery method, including mail, courier, or FAX.
  • *If the material is not available at IMIC, we will need to order it from one of our partner institutions, which may take approximately 3 to 10 business days.
  • *The express service applies only to documents available at IMIC.
  • *When placing an order via IMICOrder, please select “Internal Arrangements Only” if you wish to have copies prepared using only materials handled by IMIC, or “External Arrangements” if you would like us to order materials from our partners.
  • *Our courier handles deliveries nationwide across Japan. (Please note that international shipping is not available.)
