Advisory Committee on Immunization Practicesが推奨する小児および18歳以下の思春期齢に対する予防接種スケジュール ― アメリカ、2017年

2016年10月、Advisory Committee on Immunization Practicesは2017年の小児および18歳以下の思春期齢に対する予防接種スケジュールを発表した。ここでは2016年のスケジュールからの変更点についてまとめた。図1では、1)髄膜炎菌結合型ワクチンにて16歳での追加接種の必要性を強調するため、16歳の列を17～18歳と別にする、2)弱毒性生インフルエンザワクチン(LAIV)はインフルエンザの行から削除する、3)ヒトパピローマウイルスワクチン(HPV)は9～10歳は接種を受けていると考えられるため、青いバーを追加する。さらに医学的状態に基づく接種の指針について図3を新たに追加し、ほとんどの小児に対し同じスケジュールで接種すること、予防接種に対する予防措置または禁忌を指示、病状によりワクチンの追加接種が必要な場合はそれを指示している。また、脚注では、1)B型肝炎ワクチンは生後24時間以内に接種する、2)ジフテリア･破傷風･非細胞性百日咳ワクチンの4回目の接種を早くした場合の措置をより詳細に指示、3)HibワクチンからComvaxを削除、4)7価肺炎球菌ワクチン(PCV7)を削除、5)インフルエンザワクチンにLAIVは使用しない、6)髄膜炎菌ワクチンはHIV感染小児に対する接種について改訂し、Trumenbaの2回接種を推奨、7)破傷風･ジフテリア･非細胞性百日咳ワクチンは思春期齢妊婦に対し妊娠27～36週での接種を推奨、8)HPVワクチンは15歳になる前に接種を開始したヒトへの新しい2回接種スケジュールを示し、2価HPVワクチンを削除した。詳細についてはhttps://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/index.html を参照。
