Pertussis and Influenza Vaccination Among Insured Pregnant Women — Wisconsin, 2013–2014

保険に加入する妊婦における百日咳およびインフルエンザ予防接種 ― ウィスコンシン州、2013～2014年

2013年2月22日、Advisory Committee on Immunization Practicesは妊婦の予防接種に関する推奨を改正し、新生児の百日咳を予防するため、妊娠するたびに妊娠27～36週時の破傷風・ジフテリア・百日咳混合ワクチン(Tdap)の接種を推奨している。また2004年以降、母親および新生児のインフルエンザおよびその合併症を予防するため、インフルエンザワクチン接種を推奨している。今回、2013年の改正以降の妊婦のワクチン接種について、ウィスコンシン州にて2012年4月～2014年3月に出産した40,054名の女性(全体の約49％)のデータが分析された。年齢(中央値)は28歳、ミルウォーキー郡：21.2％、デーン郡：12.7％、その他の郡：66.2％、75.6％が産科医または婦人科医により出産、65.8％がMedicaidに加入していた。妊娠中にTdapの接種を受けた女性は14,033名(35.0％)であり、接種率は2013年1月：13.8％から2014年3月：51.0％に増加、出産の2～13週間前に接種を受けた女性は2013年1月：63.1％から2014年3月：90.9％に増加していた。また、インフルエンザワクチンは15,501名(38.7％)が受けていた。2013年11月～2014年3月に出産した12,089名ではTdap接種率：49.6％、インフルエンザワクチン接種率：49.4％であり、妊娠中に両方のワクチンが接種された女性は、2013年1月に出産した女性で9.3％、2013年11月～2014年3月では34.7％であった。出産時の年齢は11～19歳：6.5％、20～24歳：24.5％、25～29歳：31.2％、30～34歳：25.7％、35～39歳：10.2％、40～44歳：2.0％であった。
