Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices Recommended Immunization Schedule for Adults Aged 19 Years or Older — United States, 2015

Advisory Committee on Immunization Practicesが推奨する19歳以上の成人の予防接種スケジュール ― アメリカ、2015年

2014年10月、Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP)は19歳以上の成人を対象とする2015年の予防接種スケジュールを承認した。このスケジュールは、2014年8月のACIPの改訂および2014年10月のリコンビナントインフルエンザワクチン(RIV)の適応年齢拡大に対するFDAの承認を反映している。2014年スケジュールからの主な変更点は以下のとおり。1) 65歳以上の成人を対象とする23価肺炎球菌ポリサッカライドワクチンに連続する13価肺炎球菌結合型ワクチン(PCV13)の定期接種を、「他のリスクが存在する場合に推奨」から「推奨」に改訂する。2) インフルエンザの予防接種に関し、RIVの使用を「18歳～49歳」から「18歳以上」に改訂する。弱毒化インフルエンザ生ワクチン(LAIV)の年齢上限は49歳のままとする。3) LAIV接種の禁忌および使用上の注意に関し、「48時間以内の抗インフルエンザ薬使用」を注意から禁忌へ変更し、ぜんそく、慢性肺疾患、心、腎、肝疾患および糖尿病他の基礎疾患を禁忌から注意へ変更する。免疫不全症、卵アレルギーおよび妊娠は禁忌のままとする。なお、予防接種スケジュールの改訂および詳細な情報については、CDCのウェブサイトを参照のこと。
