最新情報:豚インフルエンザA(H1N1)ウイルスの薬剤感受性、2009年4月

2009 年4月21日以降、CDCはヒトからヒトへ感染が拡がっている豚インフルエンザA(H1N1)ウイルス(S-OIV)による呼吸器感染症例を報告している。4月28日現在、アメリカにおけるS-OIV確定例は全体で64例である(カリフォルニア州:10、カンザス州:2、ニューヨーク州:45、オハイオ州:1、テキサス州:6)。これら確定例64例中13例(20%)より分離されたウイルス株について、抗ウイルス薬耐性検査を行った。検査を行ったウイルス13株は全てアダマンタンクラスの抗インフルエンザ薬に対する交叉耐性をもたらすM2蛋白質のS31N変異を有しており、アマンタジンとリマンタジンに耐性を示したが、オセルタミビル、ザナミビル、ペラミビル、A-315675には感受性を示した。この薬剤感受性データは、豚インフルエンザ A(H1N1)感染症の治療および予防法に関する勧告の作成や抗ウイルス薬耐性のモニタリング、診断法開発などに有用と考える。
