Trends in Sexual Risk Behaviors Among High School Students - United States, 1991-2001

高校生の性的危険行為の傾向－アメリカ，1991～2001年

1991－2001年、アメリカ国内50州およびDCにおける高校生(9－12年生)を対象に実施されたYouth Risk Behavior Surveys(YRBS)データをCDCが分析した。サンプル数は10,904－16,296名、学校回答率は70－79%、生徒回答率は83－90%、全体の回答率は60－70%であり、調査は性行為、性行為相手数、コンドームの使用、性行為前のアルコールまたは薬物の使用に関する自己回答式アンケートであり、性別、学年別、人種/民族別に分析された。1991－2001年、性行為経験率は16%減少し(1991年54.1%、2001年45.6%)、9年生およびスパニッシュ系の学生を除く全ての群で直線的な低下を認めた。複数相手との性行為も24%減少し、男子学生、11、12年生、黒人および白人学生では直線的に低下していた。最新の調査では性行為率には変動はなかったが、11年生では12%、黒人学生では23%減少していた。これらの学生におけるコンドームの使用率は1991－1999年に増加し、2001年は横這いであった。性行為前のアルコールまたは薬物の使用は18%増加し、11、12年生、黒人およびスパニッシュ系学生では直線的な増加を認めている。2010年には青年期(9－12年生)の性行為非経験率を85%から95%に引き上げることが目標とされており、2001年現在86%の学生で達成されている(1991年80%)。
