GVP Contract Service is a service for support of the clients’ pharmacovigilance work under GVP regulations by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan (MHLW). IMIC collects “safety information from the proceedings of society meetings, literature, and other research reports” under GVP regulations.

Medical Device Alert Service is a post-marketing safety information service in compliance with the revised Pharmaceutical Affairs Law that provides clients with safety (defect), regulatory and efficacy information related to medical devices.

SELIMIC Web is a literature database of adverse events of drugs from the widest coverage of Japanese medical and pharmaceutical journals.

SELIMIC-Alert is a rapid information service of the Japanese literature related to adverse events of drugs with literature photocopies.

Alert Service for Infections Report of Biological Products is a rapid information service that complies with “biological products” regulations of the revised Pharmaceutical Affairs Law in July 2003.

IMIC fills any request for photocopies of the medical and pharmaceutical literature.

Literature Search Service (database searches and current awareness service) is a professional literature search service, using a variety of databases in both Japan and foreign countries, to provide appropriate bibliographic information (topics, authors’ names, journal names, keywords, abstracts, etc.) in list format, in regard to specific topics in the medical and pharmaceutical literature and research papers.

Translation Service is accurate and appropriate translations service as quickly as possible.
It is available to translate a wide variety of material, including translations of academic documents, journal articles, abstracts, titles, correspondence related to medical and pharmaceutical area, and medical charts. All Japanese-to-English translations are checked by a native English speaker before being sent to the client.

English Revision Service enables clients to accurately and appropriately convey the meaning of documents in current English
The English Revision Service is available to revise documents written in English, including original articles, meeting abstracts, texts of speeches, slide commentaries, and letters to the editor. The English revisions are performed by native English speakers who are familiar with scientific writing and have extensive knowledge in the biomedical field.

Japanese Medical Literature Alert Service is a rapid report service (with photocopies) of the Japanese literature on medical subjects (except drugs).

Japanese Pharmaceutical Product Literature Alert Service is a rapid report service (with photocopies) of the Japanese literature on specified drugs.

In-House Database Development Service is a total service for every necessary work in in-house database development, from accurate literature search to document delivery services, abstracts’ processing, indexing, and full literature translations.

Abstracting and Indexing Service is a production service of Japanese-language abstracts and/or indexing from any language article. It also provides English abstracts from Japanese articles.

‘Proper Use of Drugs’ Material Support Service is a production support of materials, such as “Kusuri-no-Shiori (Drug Information Sheet)”, “Guides to the use of drugs for patients”, etc.

IMIC supports medical-pharma societies’ administration work with business support, journal editing, etc.
